Tart, somewhat smoky and bacony aroma of red and black berries with vegetal, earthy and tobacco aromas, a little beetroot, meat, bay leaf and paprika. Ripe, relatively tart, quite juicy fruit, nutty, roasted and slightly smoky wood flavours, fine acidity and present, ripe tannin, bitter chocolate on the palate, peppery nuances and again grilled-meaty tones, again also laurel, some soot, salt in the background, very good, firm, tart, still slightly drying finish.

Editor note: Clear, still delicately reductive aroma of red and black berries with a hint of cherries, pepper, bay leaf, smoke and morels. Straightforward, juicy red and a little black fruit, cherry nuances, fine tannins, some bite, good persistence, nutty and quite clearly salty tones, a hint of floral, a hint of liquorice, closes off with air and then needs another day to show what it can do again, very good finish.
