Translate to English Straffer, unentwickelter, herb-kräuteriger, an grünen Paprika erinnernder und säuerlicher Duft nach Cassis und roten Beeren mit Wacholdernoten, leicht zwiebeligen Anklängen sowie deutlicher Mineralik. Straff im Mund, nussig-holzwürzig und etwas vegetabil, leicht säuerliche Frucht und wieder Paprika, nussige, etwas spröde Holzwürze, teils trocknendes Tannin, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, hat Kraft und Substanz, guter bis sehr guter, wieder etwas nachtrocknender Abgang.
