Translate to English Holzwürziger, rauchiger und etwas pfeffriger Duft nach eingekochten und getrockneten roten Beeren und Zwetschgen, mit Luft kommen deutlich minzige und florale Noten hinzu. Im Mund deutliche, röstige, an Kaffee und Kakao erinnernde Holzwürze, aber auch recht saftige Frucht, feines, präsentes, nur leicht trocknendes Tannin, deutlich salzig-mineralische Töne am Gaumen, nachhaltig, kräftig, mit Biss und gewisser Tiefe, sehr gute Balance und Länge, im Abgang röstig, mineralisch und feinsaftig.
