Translate to English Kühler, rauchig-röstwürziger, aber auch deutlich mineralischer Duft nach reifen, teils getrockneten, teils eingekochten schwarzen Beeren. Fest gewirkt und eher jugendlich im Mund, wieder röstiges Holz und kühle, ein wenig salzige Mineralität, sehr kräftiger Körper, straff gewirkt, mit feinen, präsenten Tanninen und gewissem Säurebiss, nachhaltig am Gaumen, gute Tiefe, langer Abgang. Wohl mit Abstand das Beste, was bislang aus Dornfelder produziert wurde; erinnert an hochklassige Burgenländer Rotweine.
