Somewhat smoky and bacony, yeasty and quite clearly vegetal aroma with pome fruit notes, nutty tones, a little herbs and quite clear minerality. Ripe, juicy, slightly warm fruit with very fine acidity, vegetal aromas and nutty-herbal tones, delicately spicy, persistent, slightly sweetish-melting, has power, chalky-earthy mineral tones, very good, firm, juicy, yeasty and herbal-spicy finish
