Clear, tart, rather cool, bright yellow fruity nose with vegetal, peppery and yeasty notes. Nutty and clearly yeasty in the mouth, restrained, somewhat warm, bone-dry fruit, slightly buttery on the palate, restrained acidity, good substance and persistence, some white pepper, chalky mineral tones, has melting and delicate grip, very good, firm, somewhat warm finish with bright fruit, minerality and spice
