Firm, dense, smoky and bacony, also distinctly tart-vegetable nose, especially reminiscent of celery, with rather restrained stone fruit aromas, yeasty notes, yellow spice and minerality. Firmly woven, very juicy, ripe fruit, smoky and dried-vegetable aromas, yeast and again yellow spice, very fine acidity, plenty of grip of ripe tannin, bacony notes, nutty tones, has power and depth, very good, firm, juicy, grippy and spicy finish
