Fairly firm nose, prominent yeasty and delicate floral notes, prominent partly dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, partly preserved apricots, hint of fresh butter. Straightforward, fairly firm, creamy fruit on the palate, elegant, lively acidity, wilted flowers and a hint of mushrooms, good grip and persistence, touch of sugar candy, salty and delicate waxy notes, hint of bacon, good to very good finish.
