Firm, somewhat nutty, mushroomy and vegetal to herbal nose of yellow fruits with yeasty hints and a touch of bread crust. Polished, tangy fruit with yeasty and tobacco notes, lively acidity, medium-fine mousseux, good persistence, hints of morels and mocha, chalky minerality, a hint of anise and dark berries on the very good finish.
