2021 Pinot Noir trocken "Tradition", Pfalz, Germany

Smoky, nutty and a hint of tobacco aroma of ripe black and red berries with moderate wood spice and a hint of bacon and pepper. Clear, quite taut, tangy fruit with nutty, smoky and very slightly toasty aromas, fine sandy tannin, noticeable acidity, some persistence, hints of dried mushrooms and bacon in the background, herbal nuances, a little salt, good to very good, tart finish.
