Slightly developed, somewhat ethereal-herbal, yeasty, almondy and clearly mushroomy aroma of partly mellow yellow fruits with a hint of marzipan and some phenolic. Ripe, quite firm, perfectly dry fruit with spicy, yeasty and nutty flavours, fine mousseux, bread crust and liquorice in the background, noticeable grip, black berries in the background, good persistence, salty tones, herbaceous-vegetable nuances, very good finish.
