2016 Bissersheim Goldberg Riesling trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Herbaceous, floral and prominent mineral notes on the nose, citrus and stone fruit, delicate yellow spice and waxy aromas. Clear, tart, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous as well as light yeasty notes, chalky, salty mineral notes, lively acidity, persistent, some grip, still largely undeveloped, bone dry, some depth, prominent mineral notes and more tannic grip on a very good tart, firm finish.
