Clear yellow-fruity nose with delicate vegetal and nutty aromas, nuances reminiscent of savoy cabbage and very moderate barrel tones. Firm, tart, juicy fruit with fine acidity and some grip, light, slightly smoky wood notes, fresh vegetal tones, again a hint of savoy cabbage, persistent on the palate, good substance, salt in the background, still young, very good, quite firm finish.
