Nutty and slightly tobacco-woody scent with restrained yet fine, bitter yellow fruit aromas and fine root vegetable tones. Ripe, juicy fruit that does not seem completely dry, fine, relatively lively acidity, creamy hints on the palate, but also grip and bite, a bit of apricot and stone fruit skins, chalky nuances and a bit of salt, hinted smoke, again also vegetable undertones, a touch of rock candy, very good finish.
