Lightly developed, somewhat root vegetable and fatty aroma of more black than red berries with tobacco, smoke, earthy tones, juniper, and meat juice. Bitter-juicy fruit with smoky, slightly roasted, and fatty wood notes, again root vegetables and a little dried herbs, a bit sandy tannins, noticeable acidity bite, peppery and juniper hints, behind it also salt, very good, firm, bitter-juicy finish, again with smoky-fatty spice and earthy-vegetable notes. Perhaps a little on the rustic side, but with substance, grip, and spice.
