Somewhat nutty and finely vegetal nose with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a hint of smoke and hints of tobacco, chalky nuances and egg white. Taut, ripe, very dry fruit with slightly nutty and hinted tobacco barrel tones, fine acidity, delicate grip, a little crab meat and light vegetable traces, certain melting, clearly salty and chalky, smoky tones, still undeveloped, medium strength, very good, tart, grippy, still very slightly drying finish with traction and minerality.
