Firm, fine-vegetable, light-woody and slightly smoky aroma with relatively cool, tart yellow-fruity aromas. Clear, rather juicy, ripe fruit, very fine acidity, smoky and nutty tones, somewhat herbal and planty on the palate, persistent, salty in the background, also some white pepper, persistent, certain depth, a hint of candy, very good, quite tight, juicy finish
