Firm nose, hint of smoked bacon, predominantly black berries, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, hint of tobacco, peppery and mineral traces. Tart, firm, juicy fruit on the palate, quite concentrated and full-bodied, but remains fairly cool, moderate, slightly smoky oak, fine youthful tannins, persistent, some depth, salty notes and a hint of dried herbs in the background, very good, tart, cool, juicy, spicy finish. Very well made.
