Brut "Pinot Rosé", Baden, Germany

Red berry and delicate floral nose with some yeast, vegetal notes, a hint of pomaceous fruit and citrus nuances. Not quite dry, quite fresh fruit, delicate nutty, yeasty and floral tones, citrus zest and a hint of herbs, fine perlage, certain persistence, quite vinous type, nutty on the palate, good to very good finish.
