2022 Grauburgunder trocken "Selection!", Baden, Germany

Clear yellow-fruity nose with nutty, slightly herbal-vegetable and a hint of buttery notes as well as restrained, light oak notes. Ripe, sweetish-juicy, warm fruit, quite lively acidity, crumbly tannin, smoky and nutty-woody tones, very light ashy notes in the background, noticeable alcohol, a little salt, good, sweetish, again relatively strong alcohol finish with a somewhat sandy tannin grip.
