Nutty and vegetal notes on the nose, pomaceous fruit, light citrus notes, hint of bacon. Fairly creamy and sweetish fruit on the palate, nutty and dried vegetal aromas, lively acidity, fine sandy tannins, some sugar candy, touch of carbon dioxide, some grip, very full-bodied for a Kabinett, yeasty traces, light mineral notes, good sweetish, tart finish.
