Nutty and a touch dried-floral aroma with pome fruit notes, some red berries and a hint of tobacco. Nutty fruit, distinctly yeasty aromas, a little peppery and tobacco spice, relatively fine, present mousseux and some grip of friable tannin, some warmth and restrained sweetness, buttery tones, a hint of root vegetables and mushrooms, good to very good finish with slight bitterness.
