2022 Oberbergen Pulverbuck Weißburgunder VDP.Erste Lage, Baden, Germany

Clear, nutty, slightly herbal-vegetable and a hint of buttery fragrance with fine, light yellow fruity aromas. Ripe, fairly juicy, yet quite dry fruit, nutty, finely vegetal citrus-pomaceous fruit, delicate buttery notes and moderate barrel tones, fine, relatively lively acidity and some grip, good persistence, certain depth, has inner strength, but no heaviness, delicate tobacco nuances, hints of yellow, slightly fennel-like spice reminiscent of aniseed, a hint of autumn leaves, then salty lemon, very good, again quite juicy finish with tart, slightly smoky spice and distinct minerality.
