Very firm, dense, complex, and deep, slightly roasted and delicately floral aroma of ripe blackberries and cherries with tobacco notes, some pepper, pencil lead, pickled beef, bay leaf, juniper, sun-dried tomatoes, and smoke. Ripe, extremely juicy, brilliantly pure, incredibly noble, concentrated, dark, berry-cherry fruit with smoke and bacon notes, pepper, a little roasted mushrooms, slightly roasted and coffee-spicy wood notes, mint, and dried tomatoes, dense and persistent on the palate, deep and compact, precise and without any heaviness despite all the power, still undeveloped, fine acidity and ripe, extremely fine, but grippy tannins, juniper in the background, a bit of Northern Rhône influence, still completely undeveloped, long, juicy, and spicy, also again ethereal finish.
