Cool, polished, very precise red and black berry nose with cherry notes, partly Mediterranean herbs, some smoke, hints of pepper and restrained, hints of tobacco barrel notes. Ripe, very polished, juicy, precise fruit, a certain acid bite and youthful, yet quite fine tannins, persistent on the palate, some nutty and a hint of bitter chocolate wood notes, a hint of coffee and some pepper, persistent on the palate, certain depth, Mediterranean herbs and mineral tones in the background, still undeveloped, a hint of tea, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish.
