Relatively cooler, firmer and deeper, still slightly smoky-reductive, somewhat herbaceous-plant-like, herbal and nutty aroma of yellow fruits with nuances reminiscent of red berries, tobacco, and fine root vegetables. Polished, firm, juicy, and completely dry fruit with a bit of melt, a hint of red berries, chanterelles, and suggested spring onions, lively acidity, has a grip of ripe tannin, good substance and sustainability, intensely salty minerality, also a trace of shellfish, good depth, very good, finely juicy finish with herbal spice.
