Somewhat nutty and still a hint of yeasty pome fruit scent with citrus nuances as well as fine plant, mineral and floral nuances. Cool, polished, fine-juicy, tart fruit, nutty tones, delicate wood nuances, very fine acidity, persistent on the palate, some grip, smoky nuances in the background, delicate nut butter, quite distinct minerality, still young, very good finish.
