2020 Brut "Pinot Rosé" (Deg. 04/2024), Baden, Germany

Yeasty and delicately herbal citrus-pomaceous fruit aroma with hints of red berries and floral nuances. Clear, finely juicy fruit with yeasty and nutty spice, some herbs and hints of smoke, medium-fine perlage, some bite and grip, good persistence, relatively cool on the palate, smoky traces, hints of citrus zest, very good, finely juicy finish with bite, freshness and animating spice.
