Quite cool, firm, somewhat nutty, herbal to herbaceous and restrainedly tobacco and wood spice nose with tart, quite noble yellow fruity aromas and smoky notes. Ripe, juicy, tart fruit, nutty, somewhat yeasty and slightly tobacco flavours, fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, persistent, a little herbal in the background, distinct minerality, some depth, very good, firm finish, again with tart juice.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
