2018 Brut "Pinot Rosé" (Deg. 08/2021), Baden, Germany

Clear, somewhat nutty and yeasty nose with pome fruit notes, some red berries, a hint of smoke, mushrooms and spicy traces. Fine, rather tart fruit, nutty, delicately smoky and clearly yeasty notes, very slightly tobacco, fine vegetal, mushroom and bacon notes in the background, delicate, sweet melting, fine mousseux, a hint of bacon, very good, fine-juicy finish with a certain draught.
