Clear, quite fine, somewhat nutty and still slightly yeasty aroma with calm yellow fruity, a little smoky and buttery aromas. Firmly woven, juicy and dense, tart fruit, nutty, somewhat smoky and slightly toasty tones, a little butter in the background, lively acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, light wood notes, delicately herbal nuances, lots of salty minerality, medium power, good depth, quite complex, fine vegetal flavours in the background, very good, juicy, spicy and grippy finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester, recht tiefer, holzwürziger und moosig-vegetabiler Duft mit Kernobst- und Zitrusaromen, noch leicht hefigen Tönen sowie mineralischen Noten im Hintergrund. Fest, kühl und herb im Mund, konzentrierte, geschliffene, feinsaftige Frucht und helles, nussiges, ganz leicht rauchiges Holz, dicht und nachhaltig am Gaumen, feine, straffe Säure, gute Tiefe, salzige Mineralik, pflanzliche Aromen im Hintergrund, ziemlich kompakter Bau, noch kaum entwickelt, sehr guter bis langer, herb-saftiger und holzwürziger Abgang mit viel Zug. Muss reifen.
