2014 Brut Nature "Grande Cuvée" (Deg. 11/2019), Baden, Germany

Slightly developed, nutty and a hint of buttery-caramel, also yeasty aroma of crumbly stone fruit with dried floral and tobacco notes as well as spicy nuances. Very tightly woven, cool, tart-juicy fruit, clearly yeasty and also nutty aromas, slightly tobacco, very fine mousseux, persistent on the palate, has grip, certain depth, chalky mineral tones, also salt, floral nuances, very good, tight finish, again with bone-dry juice
