Rather firm and deep, rather tart, fine-vegetable aroma with yellow fruity aromas, a touch of fennel, pepper, hints of resin and minerality. Ripe, tightly knit, juicy, somewhat sweet fruit, fine vegetal aromas, a little celery and fennel, hints of yellow spice, fine acidity and grip of friable tannin, a hint of liquorice on the palate, persistent, still a touch muted, tart minerality, redcurrants in the background, very good, again sweet finish with dark spice and minerality.
