Relatively cool, somewhat nutty, vegetal to ethereal-herbal and a hint of smoky aroma of yellow fruit with a hint of root vegetables. Straightforward, not quite dry fruit with some roasted and nutty wood flavours, suitable acidity, has some grip, certain persistence, smoky salt in the background, hints of mussels and nut butter, certain wood bitterness on a good finish.
