2020 trocken Rosé, Baden, Germany

Rather restrained, nutty and somewhat herbal aroma of mixed berries with slightly mushroomy hints. Quite polished, red fruit with a hint of black berries as well as some candy, lively, almost present acidity, mushrooms in the background, some green bacon and hints of nutty-woody flavours, light tannic grip, quite good persistence, salty and chalky minerality in the good to very good finish
