Quite a clear herbal-vegetable nose with rather citrus-accentuated yellow-fruity aromas, nutty traces, hints of mushrooms and root vegetables. Nutty, vegetal to herbaceous and yellow-fruity on the palate, fine acidity and crumbly tannins, yeasty nuances, yellow spice, a hint of red berries and floral nuances in the background, a little smoke, forest mushrooms again, delicately creamy, good to very good finish.
