Clear, fine and quite deep aroma of small red and black berries with cherry notes, some meat, floral nuances, delicate mushrooms and wasabi. Firmly woven and quite dense, juicy, fresh fruit, smoky and slightly bitter-chocolatey wood spice, also peppery tones and ethereal herbs, persistent on the palate, certain acid bite, fine, youthful tannin, certain depth, red currants and pomegranate in the background, mineral tones, has life, very good, juicy and tangy finish.
