Nutty, delicately yeasty and a hint of tobacco on the nose, with restrained pomaceous fruit notes, some yellow spice, floral nuances and vegetal tones. Fairly firm, ripe yellow fruit with nutty and again yellow-spicy flavours, fine acidity and a noticeable grip of ripe tannins, slightly yeasty, a certain melting and some warmth, quite clear minerality, smoky traces, very good, tart-juicy, spicy and grippy finish.
