Nutty, a hint of tobacco and somewhat vegetal aroma with pome fruit notes, some butter and tones reminiscent of skin cream. Cool, firm, tart, juicy yellow fruit, very fine, lively acidity and plenty of grip, nutty, delicately buttery and a little yellow-spicy flavours, persistent on the palate, good substance and some depth, quite clear minerality, very good, juicy and grippy finish.
