Quite transparent bouquet with restrained red and black berry tones, noticeable herbal spice from Provence, fleshy notes, pepper as well as nutty and floral hints. Clear, ripe, quite juicy predominantly red fruit, delicately nutty and smoky aromas, again provencal herbs and lavender-floral hints, in the background a touch of mushrooms, bacon and also parsley, then noticeably salt, has a certain freshness, very good, fine-juicy finish, again with ethereal spice and fine tannic grip.
