Slightly cloudy old gold colour. A slightly open, nutty and slightly smoky pome fruit nose with citrus nuances, a hint of nutmeg, yellow spice, vegetal nuances, almonds and tangerines. Clear, finely juicy, cool fruit, plenty of grip from ripe tannins, very fine acidity, nutty and yellow-spicy tones, chalky and salty in the background, certain persistence, a hint of smoke, very good finish.
