Quite firm and deep, slightly ethereal aroma of black and red berries with floral nuances, laurel and juniper. Firm, tart, fresh, still undeveloped fruit, present, yet very fine acidity and a certain acid bite, chalky-salty tones on the palate, persistent, somewhat smoky, a little spiced bread crust, laurel and juniper again, quite complex, has a certain nobility and depth, very good, tight, juicy, finely spicy and mineral finish with some smoke.
