Slightly open, somewhat nutty and vegetal to herbaceous nose, yellow fruit with mushroomy notes and a hint of orange blossom. Clear, rather bright fruit with nuances reminiscent of citrus zest and redcurrants, moderate acidity, has some grip and persistence, chalky minerality, hints of protein and smoke, moderate woody tones, good to very good finish with vegetal spice.
