Slightly cloudy, rather light yellow. Cool, yeasty citrus scent with nutty hints and dried floral tones. Lean, tart fruit with yeasty and nutty tones, fine, quite lively acidity, noticeable grip of ripe tannin, chalky and salty tones, persistent, with substance at low alcohol, very good, tangy, nutty-spicy finish, again with lots of grip.
