Cloudy rather dark yellow. Vegetable, yellow-spicy and also somewhat yellow-fruity nose with yeasty and nutty aromas, a little pumpkin, butter and egg. Quite firm, tart and juicy, very slightly melting fruit, nutty aromas, yeast, egg and again a hint of butter, peppery and salty hints, a little root vegetables, some persistence, yellow-spicy nuances, good to very good finish with grip.
