Slightly cloudy orange to ochre. Nutty, yeasty and clearly vegetal scent with candied-yellow fruity aromas, lots of ginger, hints of mushrooms and dried coriander. Tart, slightly muted fruit, emphatically nutty and yeasty, mulchy aromas, reminiscent of avocado, again also a little ginger, present, slightly drying tannin, smoky nuances, clearly salt, slightly bitter, hints of peat, good to very good, tart, somewhat drying finish.
