Cool, yeasty and distinctly herbal citrus nose with aromas reminiscent of mushrooms and floral traces. Lean, tart and restrained, cool fruit, clearly yeasty aromas, light nutty tones, some acid bite and still a little covering tannin, chalky and slightly salty tones, charcoal-flavoured traces, good to very good, only a little covered and drying finish again.
