Cloudy light orange. Yeasty, nutty and a little floral aroma of citrus and a little citrus zest with apple notes. Tart, nutty fruit with dried-vegetable, yeasty and slightly smoky flavours, noticeable fine sandy tannin, good substance and persistence, light aromatic bitterness, some acid bite, good to very good, a little drying finish.
