Slightly cloudy money. Tart, yeasty and herbaceous-vegetable aroma with cool citrus and pome fruit aromas, hints of yellow spice and nutty tones. Taut, tangy fruit with yeasty and herbal-vegetable notes, present acidity and some grip of crumbly tannin, light nutty hints, citrus zest in the background, good persistence, some depth, lots of bite, chalky-salty minerality, smoky nuances, lots of substance for a wine with such low alcohol, very good finish with pull.
