Nutty and yeasty notes on the nose, some yellow spice, partly dried pomaceous fruit, dried floral aromas, smoky traces, mineral notes. Firm, tart, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, prominent nutty oak, some yellow spice, vegetal and floral aromas, hint of mushrooms, noticeable tannins, elegant acidity, slightly creamy, slightly muted on a good to very good, tart, juicy finish.
